These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the philbet platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use philbet. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. philbet reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
Each individual may hold only one philbet account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or IP address — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension.
All transactions on philbet are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, PNB, Landbank, Security Bank, and debit cards. Cryptocurrency and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. philbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. philbet employs real-time monitoring and will void bets and suspend accounts where violations are detected.
philbet is committed to responsible gaming. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion periods at any time from their account settings. We encourage all players to use these tools and to seek help if gambling becomes a problem.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and philbet ("philbet," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at philbet.vip. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the philbet platform.

By accessing or using the philbet Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, or placing bets — you unconditionally accept this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the philbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
This Agreement is effective from the date you first access the Platform or create an Account, whichever is earlier. philbet reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you are accessing the philbet Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the philbet Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. philbet strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The philbet Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. philbet makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
3.3 Registration Requirements. To create a philbet Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
3.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) philbet Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. philbet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.5 KYC Verification. philbet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by philbet may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
3.6 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the philbet Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from philbet or any other gaming platform; (c) persons listed on any PAGCOR exclusion register; (d) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of philbet and its affiliated entities.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your philbet Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify philbet immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. philbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
4.3 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your Account is accurate and up to date. philbet reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your philbet Account at any time by contacting philbet support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the philbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). philbet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency or cryptocurrency.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. philbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are strictly prohibited.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (fifty Philippine Pesos), unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. philbet aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method selected. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically instant to same-day. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) use of the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible; and (d) philbet's anti-money laundering checks.
5.6 Transaction Limits. philbet may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits on deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed in your Account settings and may be updated from time to time.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. philbet reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. Dormant Account balances will never be reduced below zero.
6.1 General. philbet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Real-money funds in your Account are not subject to wagering requirements.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. philbet reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where philbet reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. philbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the change.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the philbet Platform are subject to philbet's applicable game rules and betting rules, which are available within each game or betting market. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued.
7.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, philbet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. philbet's decision in such matters is final. No winnings derived from a manifest error will be paid.
7.3 Maximum Winnings. philbet may impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. philbet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player.
7.4 Bet Cancellation. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where philbet expressly provides a cash-out or bet-edit feature for that market. philbet reserves the right to cancel any bet at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including suspected fraud or rule violations.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the philbet Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the philbet Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of philbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the philbet Platform without prior written consent from philbet. Unauthorized use of philbet's intellectual property may result in legal action.
philbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the philbet Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
philbet complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with legal obligations.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, philbet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your philbet Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 philbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
12.3 philbet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and circumstances beyond philbet's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. philbet shall not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.
12.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
philbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, philbet will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact philbet's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. philbet will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
